Today was all about CURB APPEAL.

Not that we were curb appealing to anyone but ourselves, but it was something we've been putting off for quite a while. This is what we started with, weeds, weeds, and wait, what's that? A weed. We took up the stepping stones in front of the porch and dug out the green stuff and then put a 3 inch layer of pea gravel under them to raise them up a bit. The plants on the porch are hydrangeas that I planted on the north side of the house in the shade.
